In one year I have become familiar with Antanya. Feels like I had jump backward in the time and open a fantasy book! I have learn a lot of this mainland and manner of living but I don't know where to start my report. Antanya is a world and doesn't really separate from worlds elsewhere. It also has it's space, being and gods. There is a lot of sea here and only little known land. Only one mainland is known and it's called Arya. Elsewhere is surely lot of unexamined areas but rough sea isn't so developed that antanyas could leave to examination journey. Their mainland isn't very large. Further propose few islands are known near mainland and some sailors knows remoter islands too. There are particular people -not only humans but elvegrypts, vampires, mintaurs, lilangels and littledevils. People live near nature and partly at the mercy of it and very few are exception. Most rich are living garish but nature is also around them even they can protect themselves better than poor ones. Believe of nature gods is hard and they aren't questionable. Antanyas are very loyal to their gods. Them who deny their god are mad and they are despised. No one wants to be in contact with that kind of people. Life here is hard and dangerous becouse there is scarcely any machines. Many are poor and families are big. Many things are made by themselves from the beginning and so antanyas are mostly farmers living from hunting and fishing. Second biggest group of occupation are merchants and craftsmen. All familiar forces of nature are effecting in Antanya so it isn't a paradise of calmness. Arya -as I told- is only known mainland in Antanya. It's not very large so it can be travelled across in comparatively short time. Ranges of mountains and couple of rivers are splitting Arya. There is only one noteworthly lake which is only called as Järvi [Lake]. Vegetation changes from dry deserts to verdant spruce woods and luxuriant broad-leaved decidious woods, mountain vegetation, dry hay-steppes and greenish grass-steppes. There is no tropic areas in Arya. The great gulf, Pieni Meri [Small Sea], which is breaked to shivers by tens of small islands and one big called Mali pushes inner part of Arya. |
